Phase 1: Introduction and Video Meeting
Provide a direct introduction (phone, email) that leads to a video meeting between our Sales team and a qualified lead as determined by Dev Partners.
Qualifications:
The lead should be a company that has the need and financial resources to hire at least one full-time software engineer, interview developers within 30 days of the meeting, and hire developers within 90 days from the date of the video meeting.
Reward:
Upon the successful completion of the video meeting, you will receive a payment of $500. This reward will be paid within 30 days of the meeting.
Phase 2: Successful Hire Reward
If the lead hires a software developer within 90 days of the video meeting and the developer works full-time for 6 complete months.
Qualifications:
The hired software developer must work full time for 6 full complete months.
Reward:
Upon completion of the 6 months of full-time employment, you will receive an additional payment of $2,000, bringing your total compensation to $2,500. This reward will be paid within 30 days of the completion of the 6 months.
