Phase 1: Introduction Bonus - Qualify for $500

How to Qualify:

Provide a direct introduction (phone, email) that leads to a scheduled Zoom meeting between our Sales team and a qualified prospective client.

Referred Client Eligibility:

The Referred Client must be a new prospect to Dev Partners (not in our sales pipeline or actively engaged with us within the last 12 months) and a legitimate business entity actively seeking our services. They must agree to and complete a scheduled Zoom meeting with Dev Partners.

Reward:

Upon the successful completion of the Zoom meeting, you will personally and directly receive a payment of $500 USD. This reward will be paid approximately 30 days after the meeting occurs, provided it took place as scheduled and both parties participated.

Phase 2: Revenue Share - Earn 5% for 12 Months

How to Qualify:

If your referred client hires their first full-time software developer through Dev Partners.

Reward:

You will receive a commission equal to 5% of the total invoiced amount for the first 12 months of that new client's contract with Dev Partners. This 5% revenue share applies only to the first hire made by the Referred Client through our services. Subsequent hires by the same Referred Client are not eligible for this revenue share.

Payment:

Revenue share payments will commence in the first month following the Referred Client's initial payment to Dev Partners and will be paid out monthly for a period of 12 consecutive months. Revenue share will be calculated based on payments actually received by Dev Partners from the Referred Client.

Provide Dev Partners with the Referred Client's name, company, email, phone, and a brief description of their needs. Ensure they've consented to their information being shared
